About the event

You know breathing matters. But are you actually breathing well?

Most of us have heard it a thousand times — "just take a deep breath." But what if it feels challenging for the body to even take one?

Your diaphragm — the primary muscle of breath — holds stress, emotion, and years of shallow breathing patterns. It's directly connected to your vagus nerve and helps your nervous system regulate. When the diaphragm is restricted, everything — your physical health, emotional regulation, mental clarity — is affected.

Being told to "just breathe and relax” when your body physically can't? That's the frustrating chicken-and-egg problem so many of us are stuck in.


This workshop is where education meets embodiment.

 

In 2 hours, you'll:

  • Understand how your breath shapes your physical, emotional, mental & spiritual health

  • Learn hands-on self-massage techniques to release your diaphragm & breath-related fascia

  • Practice healthy breathing to help you breathe freer, not harder

這個工作坊,是知識與身體實踐的結合。


於2小時內,你將會:
