Erika Hilary Lee
Erika is a Hong Kong-based Spinal Flow Practitioner, Usui Reiki healer, and experienced yoga and mindfulness instructor.
Since 2016, she has guided group and private sessions from studios to corporate spaces, supporting clients through mindful movement, meditation, rehabilitation, stress relief, and body awareness.
After years of exploring the body–mind connection, Erika was drawn to Spinal Flow through her own healing experience in October 2024, which brought upon a profound shift in her posture, energy, and sense of inner connection. Inspired by its grounded yet intuitive approach, she became a certified Spinal Flow Practitioner in 2025.
