For years, Emote Studio has focused on delivering quality 1:1 services to help clients de-stress and strengthen their nervous system—so they can live to their full potential. While we often speak about the importance of self-work, one thing that 1:1 sessions can lack is community connection.

Why is connection important to our nervous system?

Our nervous systems love the 3 C’s: context, choice, and connection. Connection can come in the form of connection with self, others, the world, and a higher power. Connection isn’t just “nice to have”—it’s essential for survival, as humans are wired for co-regulation. Our nervous system can settle, soften, and feel safer in the presence of calm, supportive people.

Authentic and safe connection creates space for us to expand the capacity of our nervous system.

Some of us may have grown up in environments that didn’t allow us to connect safely or authentically. This can condition us to protect ourselves in relationships in the present day—shutting down, staying guarded, people-pleasing, or avoiding being fully authentic. However, when we re-learn how to feel safe around others, we can stay present, express ourselves more openly, and receive support without judgment. It can take time, but with the right structure and guidance, our nervous system can slowly expand its capacity to do so.

Introducing: The Emote Circle

A 2-hour group healing experience designed for you to:

• Learn simple, effective somatic tools to regulate your nervous system at home and between 1:1 sessions

• Experience the power of collective healing

• Connect with a like-minded community that prioritizes wellbeing

Date: Saturday, 18 April, 1-3pm

Price: $600 pp, or $550 pp when you bring a friend
