This 60-minute Kinesiology session allows you to deep dive into the subconscious to uncover suppressed emotions and limiting beliefs, as well as explore new perspectives on stressors for a lighter and brighter life. For first timer, enjoy a free extension of 15-min for your very first Emote Kinesiology Session! A private introduction will be tailored to your specific goals/concerns. Beyond going over the fundamentals of kinesiology and how emotions affect your body, you will receive a full kinesiology assessment on key muscle groups, find out whether you are in survival mode, and begin to put together a plan for you moving forward.
